We’ll chat about your wedding location, colour palettes, seasonal flower options, and design preferences. Whether you’ve got a Pinterest board packed with ideas or need a bit of inspiration, we’re excited to explore every detail with you.

Feel free to bring along anything that sparks joy, dress pictures, fabric samples, stationery designs, or even a theme you’re considering. And don’t worry, Matthew’s little black book of top-tier wedding contacts is yours to explore, he’s worked with some of the best in the business!

After our consultation, we’ll send over a detailed quotation along with a custom mood board that reflects the vision we’ve discussed. Once you’ve had some time to think it over, we’ll hold your wedding date for two weeks. If you decide we’re the perfect fit for your big day, a 10% deposit will secure your booking.

As we move closer to the big day, we’ll work closely with you to finesse the designs and bring everything into focus. Need to meet at the venue? Want to introduce us to other suppliers? We’re there! If you’d like a sneak peek at your floral arrangements, we’re happy to create a sample to make sure everything is exactly as you’ve imagined. We’ll finalise the details, so you can sit back and relax knowing everything is on track.
