By the age of 10, Gary was already growing his own flowers, plants, and vegetables, selling them at the garden gate. Matthew Taylor, our Creative Director and co-founder, has flowers in his blood! His passion for floristry was ignited at a young age, spending countless hours with his grandmother, Queenie, a florist trained by the legendary Constance Spry. This rich heritage laid the foundation for Matthew's own exceptional skills in floral design.

Before fully embracing floristry, Matthew built a successful career in Hotel and Catering Management. This experience provided him with valuable insights into customer service, event logistics, and hospitality, which are integral to his work in the floral industry. His unique blend of skills makes him an invaluable asset in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients in Oxfordshire and The Cotswolds.
